Is the Everyday Pilates Kit beginner-friendly?

Yes. The kit includes versatile equipment for exercises suited to different levels. Choose movements appropriate for your experience and follow instructions carefully.

What is included in the kit?

Thirteen pieces across nine accessory types, including a Pilates ring, 25 cm mini exercise ball, five resistance loop bands, stretching accessories, grip socks, and a carry bag.

Where do you ship, and is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value. See our shipping policy for delivery coverage and details.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually prepared within 3 days before dispatch. Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–14 days. Preparation time is additional. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs and carrier delays can affect delivery. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch when available.

Which colors and size are available?

Choose Pink or Purple. Each kit weighs approximately 1.2 kg and includes one-size grip socks. If you need a specific sock size measurement, please contact us before ordering.

How do I receive the complimentary eBook?

The Everyday Pilates Companion is included free with every Everyday Pilates Kit in Pink or Purple, a $15 value. After successful payment, your download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. You do not need to add the eBook to your cart separately.

Can I buy the eBook on its own?

Yes. The digital eBook is available separately for $15 USD. It is a 45-page English-language PDF with 15 foundational movements and a flexible 14-day plan. No physical book or equipment is included in an eBook-only purchase.

How many times can I download the eBook?

Your purchase includes up to 3 accesses or downloads for personal use. Please save your PDF securely and do not share the download link or redistribute the file. If you need help accessing your purchase, contact vamventuresco@gmail.com.

Can I return it?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or would like to request a return, you can request a return through your customer account or contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue. We will review your request and explain the next steps. Return eligibility, time limits and any associated costs are governed by our Returns Policy.

How do I care for my accessories?

Wipe down the ring, ball and bands with a soft damp cloth and allow them to dry completely. Inspect the accessories before use and follow the care label for your socks.
